Quartus Fitter Crashes (Prime Pro 16.1.0) when compiling for Arria 10 SOC

Hi,

Just changed some IO bank voltage assingments from 1.5 to 1.8 and now fitter crashes at same point it seems every time, many pins were changed but no idea why this would break it, just found update 1 for 16.1 so i'll try that but any pointers welcome.

    Updated to 16.1.1 same erro, stack trace says
