Quartus 11.1 sp2 Web edition does not support MAXII Family?

According to Download Center(Altera Website), the Web Edition is supposed to support all MAX family. However, when I compiled my project under this version, "Error: Unsupported family: MAX II." occur...

Of course, I did. If did not select MAX II, I should not be able to open a project with MAXII since uninstalled devices are not appear on the device selection list when making a new project.

I think I need some configuration, but I do not know.;
