program with ethernet blaster II is very slow cyclone V flash QSPI

We have a cyclone V with flash QSPI MACRONIX ID 0xC21B20C2. I try to program it with an ethernet blaster II it works but the programming time is awful 40 mn for 300 Kbytes.

We use last version of quartus 21.1 on windows 10. Is this time is normal?
