probs reading out EEPROM from Mitutoyo Board..

Hello there,

I have a problem reading out (having access) to Flash Roms on a Board from the Manufacturer Mitutoyo,

on main board is a EPM7064SLC44 and a EPM3128ATC100 separately on a small plugged in board (both in jtag chain).

I think the ROM is a At28C256... any chance to read it out? i tried with USB Blaster DL Cable, but no luck...

or anyone has ever made experience with mitutoyo boards , who can tell me some hints about it,

or even tell me wether i can use a (free?) Megafunction, to solve my problem??
