Problem with ByteBlaster Installation

Hi , I´m trying to install the ByteBlasterII driver in Window SEVEN.

When I execute bblpt /i, a system error message appear: "Can´t start Altera ByteBlaster service".

I think it's a common problem, but I have not found a solution :-(
