Problem installing Quartus II 10 on Windows XP

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to post this, but there it is.

I just downloaded Quartus II Web Edition v10.0 for Windows.

The installer seems to work fine, but none of the expected .exe files

are installed. All shortcuts appear in the menu, but none of them are

valid.

I compared with the 9.1sp1 version, which installs much more files, including

the expected .exe files.

Is there a known issue with the 10.0 installer?
