Primitives

I'm interested in manually instantiating various primitives in Stratix III devices. This document:

covers the lcell, dff, various IO and the carry chain but not things like the lvds hardware, pll, mac or ram blocks.

Is there documentation of the atoms that live in the quartus/eda/sim_lib/stratixiii_atoms.v file?
