PowerPlay Analyzer

Hey

I am doing a research in analyzing the power consumption in a switch implemented by Altera's Cyclone II family device. But the Quartus II's PowerPlay Analyzer is giving me funny results. I am pretty sure it is set up properly.

Have anyone ever used the Analyzer before? If so, do you know its power modeling, like the definition of dynamic power, static power and I/O power?

    how to find dynamic power in altera.

    tried using chapter 13 in altera power analyser.

    but not coming....

    can anyone help me
