4 years agoThe frequency accuracy of the PLL output will be the same as the frequency accuracy of its reference clock source.
That is how PLLs work.
The jitter characteristic of the generated PLL output will depend on a number of factors (input clock jitter, loop bandwidth, power supply noise, etc) but this is a short term effect (ie, on the level of clock to clock cycles) and is not a long term effect on the PPM accuracy.
