Pin Assignment in EP1C6

Hello world, I've been using Altera Cyclone EP1C6 UP3 kit for one of my projects, But I'm stuck at a point where I need to configure the digital i.o ports with proper pin assignment...

The UP3 schematic can be found on the internet (at some university sites), what do you need more?
