Honored ContributorTake a look at the family overview (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/stratix-iv/stx4_siv51001.pdf). GT devices contain 2–4 PCIe hard IP blocks, and you can certainly add more ports when you instantiate them as soft IP blocks.
