PCIE Cut-Through mode

Hi All,

I'm working on a cross-vendor project and one feature that we've noticed in Xilinx that we can't find in Altera parts is Cut-Through mode. (Page 106 of http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/ip_documentation/ug477_7series_intblock_pcie.pdf)

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent feature in Altera chips?
