PCIe core simulation

Greetings

I am attempting to do a simulation in Modelsim where I use the PCIe for stimulus. I have everything in place except the method of simulating the PCIe core. it is on an older stratix II GX PCIe development board and I haven't had much luck trying to locate one.

I lack the experience to create one of my own. Mylogic being so that someone, somewhere has been presented with this exact same probem and completed it will hopefull stand.

The board has a pex:epmap core on it which is a megafunction that handles the PCIe. I have 8 rx_in pins and 8 tx_out pins for the PCIe. I believe it is a single lane PCIe as well.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
