PCB design files

Are pcb design files available for Cyclone III devices?

We need a file format which can be imported into Mentor PowerPCB software; this is what my company uses.

The guy who works this software is not sure he can import the .olb files I downloaded from Altera website. Has anyone of you some hints?

Regards

Cris

    Thank you for your answer

I'm not the one who works on the PCB, so I don't know exactly what I'm asking :p

From what I understood, he'd like to have ready made footprints and symbols to be used in the PCB CAD. Currently he must define a macro symbol and draw it manually; this is easy for a SO8 device but not for a FPGA.

I had already found the ones you suggest. He said this is not a format his software supports or can import.

    Regards

The footprints provided by Altera are for Cadence PCB Editor. What your PCB person can do is download the free Cadence PCB Viewer (http://www.cadence.com/products/pcb/pages/downloads.aspx) and use it to open the foot prints. From there they can have a very good idea of what pads are used and how they are spaced. It should not be that hard after that to create the footprint.

    Hope this helps.
