part#PL-USB2-BLASTER (so#317977)

Hi There,

part#PL-USB2-BLASTER

1pc from PO#029-89056

Our customer encountered a problem when using above part.

"The LED light on the programmer is not on even when it is connected to the PC. Is it a bad product?

Using the software Quartus Primer version 23.1."

Could you help check and advise if product defective or any other reason?

    Can you explain further the error encountered?


    1. Does the SUB Blaster detected in pc and quartus?
    2. Any error shown?
    3. What is the device used? Device part number?
    4. What is the quartus version?
    5. Does the device ever work correctly before?
