Good day to you! Can you please let me know the validity (ACTIVE/DISCONTINUED) of below part number. If part is valid then please provide us the supported datasheet. Part: EP610DM/83...
Altera/Intel discontinued manufacturing this part long ago, back in 2007. See:

However, a third party has remained a source, available currently via DigiKey:

Rochester Electronics sources parts based on original manufacturer die or masks, principally for the military market.
Expect to pay a very high per part price, however, for the privilege of using such an old part.
