5CSXFC6C6U23A7N device comes with UBGA Package Type - 23:672 pins. The picture you attached is for different 'Family Variant'. (E:Enhanced logic/memory : Figure 6) But You should look for (SX: SoC device with 3-Gbps transceivers) Kindly refer to the link below for the correct ordering information - Page 15 (Figure 5) https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/auto/automotive_handbook.pdf
