5CSXFC6C6U23A7N device comes with UBGA Package Type - 23:672 pins. The picture you attached is for different 'Family Variant'. (E:Enhanced logic/memory : Figure 6) But You should look for (SX: SoC device with 3-Gbps transceivers) Kindly refer to the link below for the correct ordering information - Page 15 (Figure 5) https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/auto/automotive_handbook.pdfHonored ContributorIt seems as though the 5CSXF6 family has a slightly different pin count than the regular U23 packages. For this family, the U23 means the device has 672 pins and not 484 pins as to what the part number chart specifies. I just checked with the specific data sheets as well as the BSDL file for the device and it is indeed a 672 pin FPGA.
