Package and Thermal Model for AGILEX 5 serie D A5D025

Hello,

I can't find Package mechanical drawing for the AGILEX 5 FPGA Serie D (package code B23A on product table).

Can you send me these data (Themal Model ECXML and Package mechanical drawing) for the A5D025 and A5D031 Agilex 5 FPGA ?
