New ContributorI am having issues when downloading the usb blaster.I have tried all the methods and also did the startup method.I have installed all the required files but I couldn't manage to install the oem.inf file.What shall I do next?
Super ContributorI've never even seen that as part of the installation. The main driver parts look like they installed correctly. Have you tried it?

Have you try to connect the USB blaster after finish installation?
Did you follow the installation userguide?

You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the usb blaster driver.
