Nios ii

This might be the dumbest question but I just want to clarify. Are nios ii ide and nios ii eds the same? BR Glenn

Well lucky for you those legacy tools are still shipped. When you install the Nios II EDS the old Nios II IDE is installed with it if you choose to enable it during the install. I think in the latest ACDS installers it is automatically installed.
