NIOS II using SOPC Builder

I want to create a simple program of finding the greatest of two number using embedded C in NIOS II using SOPC builder. I want a tutorial for the purpose. I am able to generate the processor using SOPC builder, I can also write the C-Code in the NIOS II platform. But I am not being able to understand how to connect the C program on the DE2-115 board. Moreover the pin assignments are also difficult to understand. Though I have a few tutorials that came with the board in CD but the screenshots that are displayed in the tutorials are not exactly the same that I see while executing the same. Hence I need help.
