11 years agoNew website links "Authroization Required"
--- Quote Start --- --- Quote End --- I am having problems accessing documentation on the new altera website. When searching for something, and clicking it I get a prompt for autorisation in Chrome, all the urls are https. I have tried the same login I am using on the website, but its not accepted.. How can I fix this. Here is a screenshot with one of the documentation links I clicked after searching on the new altera website. http://i.snag.gy/d3fcs.jpg

Hi rmawatson.
First of all, I cannot help you with the Altera.com website, that is a different site, in fact I was not even aware of the beta altera.com site until you alerted me to it. Since it is a beta, that means there are likely issues or bugs, that is the normal in pre-release or beta software. In looking at your screenshot, it is asking you to login with your altera.com account (not the same as an alteraforum.com account)... did you try to login? If that doesn't work, I would contact Altera directly, or use the altera.com website to send in beta feedback. Again, I cannot help you with Altera.com issues unfortunately. -S
