Need to re-host licenses

I attempted to generate a license and did not notice that I had to split the seats before. Now all seats are assigned to me while I need to assign them to individual users. Can I have re-hosts ple...

New User ;
SSLC --> Register

Registered User ;
SSLC --> Sign in --> License Assistance --> Rehost and generate license
