Need to confirm Factory Rework Blacktopping for part number EPC8QI100N

We have some EPC8QI100N parts with the following two lot codes EAC800831C and BAC800601C that we suspect have been factory blacktopped and remarked.

Can anyone confirm this or direct me to a source to find this information?

    wondering if you received any feedback - I have EP910LC-30 which appear to be blacktopped - has Altera ever blacktopped a device for remarking, upscreening purposes
