Need help with Ethernet -- DE2 (Cyclone II - EP2C35F672C6)

I am working on DM9000A. I am trying to receive ethernet packets from a PC which should be stored in an internally SRAM of the DM9000A-chip. I couldn't find any information about the interface of the chip. There are only assembler examples on the datasheet. I need to access the chip via VHDL-code. But there is no description of the input and output signals of the chip.

Can anyone help me?
