need help for IRL

Hi , I'm looking for tutorial for IRL(Internet Reconfigurable Logic) on FPGA but there isn't any good result in my search , if you know any good book , article , etc please say that.and if you know anything about networking , tcp/ip , etc.Thank a lot, mahdi
