NEED HELP FOR DE0's UART

Hi everyone, i need to image processing with FPGA.I have Altera DE0(ACEDEMIC).i should take image from pc and send to SRAM.Can i do it with USB(JTAG) or i need to use RS232 cable? TY FOR ANSWERS...

actually i want to send a image from pc to fpga(de0 acedemic),i have usb blaster so can i do it with usb blaster? and if answer yes which way should i use?
