I have one Main ( FSM ) and from within that i have another enabled from one of the states . But in FSM veiwer i only see the main one and when i try to go inside the embedded FSM , it does not show ...

You should check out your state machine , If possible, you can attach your code , maybe it would be better and fast to solve the problem.
