multiple chip select is not supported by cyclone iii?????

I use ddr2 HPC. when i set "chip selects per DIMM=2" and "Total Memory chip selects=2". I get an error :Multiple chip select is not supported by cyclone iii.（quartus ii 9.0） ...

the ddr2 sdram is MT47H256M8.(MICRON)

Row address------------- 16K A[13:0]

Bank address------------ 8 BA[2:0]

Configuration------------- 16 Meg x 8 x 8 x 2

Column address---------- 1K A[9:0]

Rank address-------------- 2 CS#[1:0]
