MSEL pins - can I pull-up?

Can I pull up the MSEL pins with an external 10K resistor on my Stratix II FPGA?

    Hi Bee Gee

The MSEL pins are internal pulled down via ~5k Ohms. Pulling an MSEL pin high externally (to VCCPD = .3V) via 10K will present an indeterminate value of 1.1V to the MSEL pin. This could prevent the device from configuring. Hence you should pull MSEL high directly to VCCPD (3.3V) or via a zero ohm resistor.

    Hi,

Is it possible to pull MSEL0 down, so i can switch with a DIP switch between AS or PS mode?

    I`m using a CycloneII.
