modelsim-Altera WE 6.1d

Hi

I am using modelsim-Altera WE 6.1d along with quartus II v6.0 and dsp builder v6.0.

I have license file and I also setup the environment variables in following order:

1. MGLS_LICENSE_FILE

2. LM_LICENSE_FILE

But when I try to open modelsim then "Fatal License Error" window appear and it has the following message.

"unable to checkout a license. make sure license file environment variables are set correctly and then run 'lmutil lmdiag' to diagnose the problem. modelsim-altera uses the following environment variables to check the licenses (listed in the order of preference)".

1. mgls_license_file

2. lm_license_file

    I suggest to file a Service Request on Altera support

    if you don't get to the solution and have a licensed version of the software

    can we conform that environment variable are not able to detect license file??
