Missing service request

Can someone tell me why when I open the link in an email from Altera about my service request, I am informed I have no open service requests?

This does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling. Brand X is starting to look a whole lot better.

    You should file a Service Request and ask Altera :)

    Personally I always login directly on the Altera site and use their Service Request interface there to add updates and attachments.

    If you login to the Altera site, does your Service Request exist?
