missing ram.vhdl in tutorial

I'm a newbie to fpga design and quartus. I am going through the very first quartus tutorial and cannot find the ram.vhdl file. Am I missing something ?

To monzie: A bit of politeness doesn't hurt! the people working at that department are very probably overstretched (as in many organizations) but until now I always have had helpful answers.
