Ok, i´m trying to found or get the Mechannical Specs for EP4SGX290KF40I3.

I needed becasue my supplier of Sockets are request to me.

I´m working as Failure Analysis Engineer in Sanmina, an electronic manufacture company, and I have a proyect to debug this component so i´m reques a Socket Adapter to validate the components with suspect of electrical failure.
