Maximum junction temperature for EPCQ64ASI16N.

Hi I am looking for the maximum junction temperature for the Maximum junction temperature for EPCQ64ASI16N. I am also looking for the thermal resistance from junction to board. Thanks

Hi thanks for the response. I see the thermal metrics for this component. Where can I find the component’s maximum rated junction temperature. Please let me know. Thanks! Sam
