MAX10 power supply 3.3V(+5%,-10%)

MAX10のデータシートにVccio ＝ 3.3V（±5％）と記載されています。 3.3V（+ 5％、-10％）で使えませんか？ また、3.3V-10％の問題は何ですか？ よろしくお願いします。

    Yes you can follow then range from the table.

When VCC is 2.97V (3.3V-10%), isn't it within the range of 3.0V specifications?

    Hello
    I'm looking at Table 6 on page 6 of the spec. I thought this table shows that 3.135-3.465V works with 3.3V specs and 2.85-3.15V works with 3.0V specs.
    Therefore, when the external power supply is 2.97V, it is out of the 3.3V specification range, but it is within the 3.0V specification range, so I thought it would work with the 3.0V specification.
