MAX10 initialization

Max10 devices don't have INIT_DONE pin to indicate initialization finished, How can I know the device goes into user mode?

Still this question, just on page 30 of your datasheet link, I can see "The initialization sequence begins after the CONF_DONE pin goes high. Theinitialization clock source is from the internal oscillator and the Intel MAX 10 devicewill receive enough clock cycles for proper initialization." So my question is the initialization period.
