I saw that you have used the ADC control Core only as the core variant. I'm using the same core variant but I'm not able to get my ADC working properly. I've enabled the channel CH 0 of ADC1 and have connected the parameters as required but when I'm giving a signal from a signal generator response_data port is showing nothing. YES, I was able to get the MAX 10 core only ADC working. BUT the ADC is not great and finally I used an external ADC from Analog Devices, much better. The Max 10 ADC needs a bunch of Verilog stuff buried in the Altera's Qsys. Altera does not seem to help with this mode. I have a bunch of files, but will not be able to help you until next week.
