MAX PLUS II license problem

Hello, I don't know if it's the correct section to post this...

I have to do an university project, and I need Altera MAX II PLUS license and I asked it in the offical page.

I filled everything with my info, but the e-mail that you sent me has a 0 KB file called license.dat. I opened with a text editor and it's empty.

Can you send me the license manually? Here is my hard disk serial: 926ECD72
