MAX II Decoupling Capacitors

I would like to have some information about MAX II (PN: EPM2210F256I5N) decoupling capacitor. Reading Design Guidelines CPLD needs 0.1 mF for each supply pin, in my opinion it's a lot far away common...

Hello,

May I know which document you referring to? Yes, normally for CPLD the decoupling range is ~10uF, 10mF is too big for CPLD power rail.
