Does anyone know the max gpio speed for the cyclone II, III, and IV ? I know the ram speed for the II is close to 240 mhz and the IV is close to 450 mhz, i dont know the gpio speed for any tho...

Honored ContributorYou should have a look at the design guidelines (http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an466.pdf), it will give you a lot of information on designing a board with the Cyclone III.
The whole handbook (http://www.altera.com/literature/lit-cyc3.jsp) is useful too.
