Hello,
OPN is the part number but that is okay I do not think we need that for your inquiry. The suffixes explain certain device features as you mentioned above. Apart from that it is the same as the part that does not have these features. Hope this answer your question!

1. What does it mean "Device shipped in a carrier"?2. Do the 5.0V tolerant inputs affect the I/O timing parameters or not?
