I want to use either 10M40 or 10M50 part from MAX 10 FPGA family. I couldn’t get the availability part from the distributor anywhere. Can you please describe the status of these parts? It seems 10M08 part only available and i need more logic elements. Regard’s, Magalingam
Honored ContributorAs there will be a MAX10 eval board with a 10M50 on it I would assume that it will be available soon. Contact your distributor or FAE for ensured dates.
Honored ContributorThree months after this thread started, and still no MAX 10 parts other than a few 10M08 (8k LE's) stocked by either 'buyaltera' or the distributers.
Lots of other parts listed with large minimum orders and unknown lead time. Whether these are actually orderable, I have my doubts. I tried to get a lead time for a listed (non-stocked) 10M50 device from Digikey, and was told lead time was 'suppressed'. Anyone know whats going on? Supply problems, or are the big boys sucking up every last drop of production?Honored ContributorI suggest to contact your local FAE to communicate to the Altera sales office to find out on the device availability.

They are listing 12 week lead times. I'm assuming parts are in low supply at the moment because they are building a bunch of dev kits for their DECA classes. I'm not sure when the 10M40 is planned on being release, but the 10M50 is available in ES now, and production is soon. 10M25 I know is one of last family members that will be released.
