MAX 10 FPGA AVailability of 10M40 & 10M50 part

Hi, I want to use either 10M40 or 10M50 part from MAX 10 FPGA family. I couldn’t get the availability part from the distributor anywhere. Can you please describe the status of these parts?...

Arrow has a couple of Engineering Sample 10M50's right now in stock at http://components.arrow.com/part/search/10m50

They are listing 12 week lead times.

I'm assuming parts are in low supply at the moment because they are building a bunch of dev kits for their DECA classes.

I'm not sure when the 10M40 is planned on being release, but the 10M50 is available in ES now, and production is soon.

10M25 I know is one of last family members that will be released.
