make: Interrupt/Exception

Whenever I build my project in Nios II IDE I get this error : make: Interrupt/Exception caught (code = 0xc0000005, addr = 0x403a39) I think it has something to do with the PATH? how ...

I already did that but no result.

I changed the PATH system variable so I belive the only way is to reinstall my OS
