make: Interrupt/Exception

Whenever I build my project in Nios II IDE I get this error : make: Interrupt/Exception caught (code = 0xc0000005, addr = 0x403a39) I think it has something to do with the PATH? how ...

Possibly an installation problem. Do you have another Cygwin installed on the same PC?

Probably the easiest thing is to uninstall/reinstall the tools to quickly rule out several things.
