LVDS differential input rails flipped

One of the boards that I have received has differential rails flipped i.e. {p,n} are connected as {n,p}. I am wondering if I can still use the board this way and invert the signal inside the fpga? Is there any downside to doing this?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Sanjay

This is sometimes done to make the PCB routing possible. Inverting the signal inside the FPGA is fine.
