LUT implementation

I make some tests about the FPGA so i need to know the transistor level of LUT using in Altera FPGA.

I made a search, i find two kinds of architecture ( LUT based on pass transistor and LUT based on gate transmission).

I would like to know wich type of FPGA using pass transistor and wich others using transmission gate. ( for exemple cyclone family wich type used ?).

thank you in advice.

I have no clue but I always assumed the SRAMs were pass gate based. I've been using FPGAs for 15 years and I've never cared what underlining technology it is based on so I'm not sure why you want to know this.

Don't get stuck in the weeds. You'll never get anything done if you worry about those sort of details.

    thaks for reply,

i am a phd student, and i am interrested in the transistor level of the LUT in FPGA to study the delay time for each transistor.

You won't be able to get to that visibility since the timing models in Quartus stay higher level than that.
