LPM RAM FLEX10K waveforms

Hi,

I am looking for a data sheet / apps note that shows the expected waveforms for LPM RAM DQ with registered input and an unregistered output. Could you let me know where I can find one?

    Hi,

    Refer to page 37 (The example is given for unregistered output).

    You can generate a sample simulation waveform and launch the Quartus II Help for the lpm_ram_dp megafunction by selecting the Generate Sample Waveforms.
